No. ITConnect does not develop custom software applications. The company focuses on IT infrastructure, networking, security, and project management services. For software development needs, ITConnect can refer clients to qualified partners.

Yes. ITConnect provides managed services including network monitoring and management, help desk, desktop support, and staff augmentation. Engagements are typically scoped as monthly retainer or block-of-hours, with defined SLAs and escalation paths.

Yes. ITConnect installs outside plant fiber including fiber-to-the-home deployments. The company has delivered FTTH projects on tribal lands under federal grant programs and has experience with the federal compliance requirements involved. Passive Optical LAN, or POL, is a fiber-based local area network that uses passive optical splitters in place of traditional active switching gear. It reduces power consumption, eliminates intermediate distribution closets, and extends service life beyond what copper structured cabling offers. ITConnect designs and installs POL for K-12 new construction, higher education buildings, healthcare facilities, and federal projects where POL is now a preferred standard.

Yes. ITConnect designs and installs outside plant fiber including aerial and underground runs, conduit and innerduct, splicing, OTDR testing, and as-built documentation. The company holds the New Mexico contractor licensing required for outside plant work and has delivered OSP projects across tribal, municipal, and educational clients.

CONTRACT VEHICLES AND PROCUREMENT

Government agencies can procure from ITConnect through seven active contract vehicles: GSA Schedule (federal), Cooperative Educational Services or CES (NM and regional), Public School Facilities Authority or PSFA (NM K-12), State of New Mexico statewide pricing agreement, State of Arizona, and TCPN (national cooperative). ITConnect maintains active status on seven contract vehicles: 8(a) Federal Small Business, GSA Schedule, CES (Cooperative Educational Services), PSFA (Public School Facilities Authority), State of New Mexico, State of Arizona, and TCPN. Each vehicle has its own eligibility, scope, and ordering process. Contract numbers are listed on the corresponding Contract Vehicle sub-pages.

Yes. ITConnect holds an active GSA Schedule contract for IT services and infrastructure work. The contract is verifiable through GSA Advantage.

Lead time varies by scope, but State of New Mexico statewide pricing agreement orders typically move from request to award within days rather than weeks, because pricing, terms, and qualifications are pre-negotiated. ITConnect can usually provide a formal quote within one business day of receiving a scope of work.

ITConnect's construction and field services operations are based in Santa Fe and concentrated in New Mexico, with extended reach into Arizona for projects ITConnect can support faster than Phoenix-based competitors. ITConnect's Professional Services and Project Management arm operates nationally and has delivered for clients in New Mexico, Arizona, North Carolina, Alaska, and federal lab environments.

Yes. ITConnect performs construction and field services in New Mexico and parts of Arizona. The Professional Services arm performs project management work nationally.

Yes. ITConnect holds State of Arizona contracting authority and performs construction and field services projects in Arizona, particularly in regions ITConnect can reach faster than Phoenix-based contractors.

Yes. ITConnect's Professional Services arm provides IT and business implementation project management nationally. Recent and active engagements include North Carolina, Alaska, federal lab work, and ongoing work across New Mexico.

CREDENTIALS AND COMPLIANCE

ITConnect holds the New Mexico EE-98 electrical contractor license and the New Mexico ES-07 low voltage license. Both are active and verifiable through the New Mexico Regulation and Licensing Department. ITConnect also maintains BICSI RCDD credentials on staff, held by President Kareem Edwards and Executive Vice President Brian Hardy.

Yes. ITConnect maintains current commercial general liability insurance, professional liability coverage, and worker's compensation. The company holds a bonding capacity of [BONDING_CAPACITY] aggregate. Certificates of insurance and bonding letters are available on request.

Two members of ITConnect leadership hold the BICSI Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD) credential: Kareem Edwards, President, and Brian Hardy, Executive Vice President. The RCDD certifies design competency in telecommunications distribution systems and is the recognized standard for structured cabling and Passive Optical LAN design. Having two RCDDs on staff is unusual for a company of ITConnect's size and provides redundancy on critical design certifications.
